The picturesque hamlet of Rowarth sits below the plateau of Cown Edge and is a popular destination for walkers. With fabulous views over to the kinder plateau and the other nestled at the bottom of the valley still has an original working waterwheel.
The picturesque hamlet of Rowarth sits below the plateau of Cown Edge and is a popular destination for walkers. The hamlet is on the kinder tresspass trail. There is free car parking and a small play area within the main hamlet and the hamlet boasts two popular pubs on its outskirts, one with fabulous views over to the kinder plateau and the other nestled at the bottom of the valley still has an orginal working waterwheel as well as outdoor seating and play area.
